After 19 years, Chez Henri is closing Sunday, Nov. 17.

The “French bistro with a Cuban twist,” at 1 Shepard St. between Porter and Harvard squares, will be open until 10 p.m. Sunday before shuttering.

The restaurant posted the following message on its website Saturday:

“After 19 amazing years, it is with a heavy heart and optimism to the future, that we announce Chez Henri will be closing its doors permanently this coming Monday, November 18, 2013. We invite all of our guests, family, friends, and past/present employees to stop in tonight and Sunday to help us celebrate our fond memories and say your 'goodbyes' to this legendary neighborhood favorite.

Please be aware we are accepting payment by cash only.”
