Woman Takes Arlington’s Off-Leash Hours Very Seriously

See what she allegedly did to drive home the point.

A woman allegedly vandalized a town contractor’s vehicle Tuesday morning at Menotomy Rocks Park because she believed he was violating the park’s off-leash hours by mowing the lawn.

The contractor said he arrived at the park at about 8 a.m. Tuesday to cut the grass. While he was there, he said the woman, who was walking a small white dog, told him that he could not be there during off-leash hours, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.

The man said he told her that he was under contract by the Town of Arlington and could not help being there as he had a job to do.
