Weymouth Man Charged with Assault and Battery

A 47-year-old Weymouth man was arrested and charged with assault and battery Thursday night after allegedly getting into a physical altercation with a man and woman in a Rhinecliff Street residence.
Peter A. Kaminski was taken into custody shortly after 9:30 p.m.
Kaminski said the man and woman called him over to fix a “water issue” in the residence’s basement. The man and woman said they told Kaminski about the problem but never invited him over to fix it.
