Franklin Street Man Charged with Assault and Battery

Matthew D. Delaney, 23, of Franklin Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday on Franklin Street and charged with assault and battery. Delaney allegedly got into a drunken altercation with another man in his residence.
