Yoga Bedtime Stories with Paula Jordan

Come join Librarian Laura and children's yoga teacher, Paula Jordan for another fun yoga storytime. We will sing yoga songs, read a few books together and follow Paula doing yoga poses and stretches to the stories that Laura reads. We will end with a resting pose and be ready for a good night's sleep! All are welcome and suitable for adults too!
