We often cover the Arlington real estate market specifically, but we also cover broader topics as well. As I'm sure you know, real estate is influenced by both local and national trends. btw, we also talk about leaf blowers, super markets, pink bathrooms and other things that may be directly or indirectly related to Arlington real estate :)

Joe, I appreciate your input. If you compare single family home prices in Arlington to Lexington, you will find that they are, in fact, higher (the latest Boston Magazine has the median price of a single family home in Arlington listed at $497,350, the price of a single family home in Lexington is $693,500 for 2010). It's up to the client to determine what characteristics they value in a home and a town. Thanks for your comment, and I hope my answer was helpful.
