ReplyWhy in the world should the Post Office or any other property owner have to consult and wait for input/approval from the "public?" Doing so will surely turn this into some kind of disaster. The public be damned. Sell it to the highest bidder. I for one don't want stamp prices going up again!!!! It would be a great building for a Monte Carlo-style mini-casino. There, I weighed in. I guess I'm one of those crunchy busy bodies myself.

ReplyRanked #15 in the state and the patch "reporter" could not get one name in the story or with any of the pictures. The closest patch got to a name was "ball carrier" and "goalie." Can someone at these games help the patch folks identify the players? It's fun as a kid to see your name in print.

ReplyTom, you surprise me. Unlike Mr. White, you usually have something constructive and positive to say. Many dogs do understand the english language. Mine probably knows and responds to 15-20 words and many of the dogs I see in the TF are very good about responding to voice commands. I'm not in favor of committees like this one either but aside from the dogs, boy scouts and cross country skiers in the TF, I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone out just for a walk. You're better than that.

Mr. White, for your information, there are hundreds of people walking their dogs in the town forest. In fact, as a group they are perhaps the friendliest people I have met in Reading. As usual, you are misinformed, disrespectful and sarcastic. Apparently you are not a dog owner.

He may look like a cub scout in this picture but take a look at today's Globe....he's fatter and redder and looks like his head is going to explode. Indictment on campaign corruption charges coming soon....IMHO. Devalue will claim he knew nothing about it of course. The car crash will pale in comparison.
