Howie Carr, the Boston Herald columnist and conservative talk radio host, gave his take Sunday on the two former Arlington politicians who have recently been in the news for the wrong reasons. In his Sunday column, “Partying like the moonbats,” Carr wrote about former state Sen. James Marzilli, who is facing new accusations in Watertown but no new charges, and former Selectwoman Annie LaCourt, who, along with her husband, is being charged in connection with an Oct. 19 underage drinking party at their Chatham Street home.
