Committee discusses Home Energy Check Campaign through the Mass Climate Action Network (MCAN) and preparing for March's Ecofest.
Sustainable Arlington is hoping to educate residents on energy consumption and a Home Energy Check Campaign may be just the ticket. The Massachusetts Climate Action Network (MCAN) recently approached Sustainable Arlington to help with their Home Energy Check Campaign throughout 52 towns in Massachusetts. MCAN's outreach program hopes to educate Massachusetts residents about private energy consumption and provide ways for citizens to decrease their personal energy use. MCAN has set up a survey on its website for Massachusetts residents to fill out in order to accrue a surge of data.
