Looking for the perfect wine to go with your Christmas feast? Look no further than Menotomy Beer and Wine. Official Wine Buff over at Menotomy, Dan Coulton, explains his favorites for dinner, dessert and beyond. One red wine that pairs well with main dishes like turkey, ham or salmon is a  2008 Pinot Givry, a very light French Burgundy. Coulton describes the Givry as an, "elegant Pinot Noir with great earth tones and a nice smokiness to it that won't over-power your main course." At $18.99, the 2008 Pinot Givry was Menotomy's most popular Thanksgiving wine and is jumping off the shelves once again.
