One red wine that pairs well with main dishes like turkey, ham or salmon is a 2008 Pinot Givry, a very light French Burgundy. Coulton describes the Givry as an, "elegant Pinot Noir with great earth tones and a nice smokiness to it that won't over-power your main course."
