I suppose that is to be expected when you put four people who love to cook in a house with a gourmet kitchen. The house had an AGA stove. Have you heard of an AGA stove? No? Neither had we. This stove is always running and has four separate ovens that vary in temperature along with two hot plates on top that are also always heated. Though there was a bit of a learning curve for us when we first arrived, by mid week we were in all madly in love with AGA and wanted one of our own. Farmers Market: Asian and Oriental Vegetables Sauté or Toss in a Salad

Editor's note: Every Sunday and Wednesday this summer, Arlington Patch will highlight local vendors in our feature Farmers Market Spotlight.  Hmong Farms’ first year at the Arlington Farmers Market was difficult because a lot of people weren’t familiar with the Asian and oriental vegetables the farm sells or how to cook them. But the farm has since established a regular and enthusiastic customer base. “The majority of stuff [is] really easy to cook,” said Pang Yang surrounded by containers full of leafy green vegetables. The farm has recipes they give to clients. Yang, whose mother works on the farm, suggests sautéing the vegetables or putting them in a salad.
