Stop and Shop and Shell Double Coupons Deal: In this week's circular, Stop and Shop has teamed up with Shell to give shoppers double coupons. These special coupons double the value of any other Stop and Shop coupon you have - up to 99 cents. As an added incentive, the coupons can alternatively be used for up to 30 cents off per gallon at Shell.
