Arlington Man, Woman Face Heroin-Related Charges

The two residents were arrested Thursday in Braintree.

A man and a woman from Arlington were arrested Thursday in Braintree on heroin-related charges, according to a report on Boston.com. Ryan M. Shea, 34, was allegedly driving under the influence of heroin Thursday when Braintree police pulled him over for a marked-lanes violation, according to the report. Police reportedly found syringes and spoons with heroin residue, along with seven bags of heroin, in Shea’s vehicle. Shea and his passenger, 25-year-old Emily D. McDonald, were charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act, according to the report. Shea was also charged with operating under the influence and the marked-lanes violation, the report states.
