Arlington Teen Temporarily Banned from Boston for Alleged Graffiti

The teen was also given a 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. curfew while his case is pending.

An Arlington teen and 27-year-old Lexington man allegedly spray painted roughly 27 light poles in Boston’s Back Bay early Monday morning. Isaac Lehman, 18, and Andrew Vesprini were arrested by Boston Police at about 2:03 a.m. Monday and charged with damage to property by graffiti, according to a Boston Police Department release. The two appeared in front of Boston Municipal Court Judge Sally Kelly later Monday. Kelly released both men on their own recognizance with orders to stay out of the City of Boston and abide by a curfew of 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. while their cases are pending, according to Suffolk County District Attorney spokesman Jake Wark. Arlington Man Charged in Assault with Dangerous Weapon

Arlington Police arrested a suspect with Boston charges for threatening a woman he knows with a knife. Jose L. Vasquez, 50, of Arlington, was arrested on Boston Police charges of assault and battery and assault by means of a dangerous weapon, according to a report from the Boston Police Department. According to Boston Police, Vasquez allegedly threatened to kill a woman he knows after a series of arguments that began at MBTA’s Park Street station. The argument continued at a house in the North End, where Vasquez allegedly pulled a knife at the victim. The victim told police Vasquez was drunk and she feared for her safety, according to the report. The victim called police after Vasquez allegedly began sending her threatening phone text …
