After Seizure, Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct

An Arlington man was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct Tuesday, after he allegedly acted belligerently toward emergency medical services personnel who were trying to assist him after a seizure. According to the police report, Arlington Fire Department and Armstrong Ambulance personnel were called to Stop and Shop minutes after 8 p.m. for a report of a man who appeared to be having a seizure. Police say that Kenneth C. Marquis, 53, of Arlington, refused a medical evaluation after the episode. Arlington firefighters requested several more times to evaluate Marquis, but he turned the service down, according to the police report. Following procedure, an Arlington Police officer asked Marquis to sign a medical refusal affidavit. It was …
