The second-seeded Arlington Catholic girls’ volleyball team advanced to the Division 2 North finals Thursday with a 3-0 win over No. 6 Weston at Arlington High School. The Cougars (20-2) will face top-seeded Melrose (23-1) at 4 p.m. Saturday at Lawrence High School, with a trip to represent the north in the Division 2 State tournament on the line. Other than a 3-2 loss against Newton North in late October, Melrose has yet to lose a set this season. Melrose beat Arlington Catholic 3-0 in late September. 2.)
