17 New Affordable Apartments Available at Old Brigham’s Site

Applications are due by 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30.

The following is from the Town of Arlington. 17 New Affordable Apartments at Alta Brigham Square, 30-50 Mill St. Studios: $941/month One-bedrooms: $1,068/month Two-bedrooms: $1,185/month (Rent does not include any utilities except water and sewer.) Alta Brigham Square is a 116-unit apartment building located one-half block off of Massachusetts Avenue at Arlington Center (30-50 Mill St.). Seventeen of the units will be reserved for individuals and families who qualify for this affordable housing program. 32 Newly Renovated Affordable Housing Units Up for Grabs Near Capitol Square

The Housing Corporation of Arlington’s “most exciting endeavor yet” recently became a reality. Applications for the units (attached below) are due Nov. 1., with the lottery Nov. 7 and move-in set for this winter.

The following is from the Housing Corporation of Arlington. Housing Corporation of Arlington (HCA) is pleased to announce the closing on its Capitol Square Apartments Project, the first Arlington property to receive low‐income housing tax credits from the Massachusetts Dept. of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). Originally constructed in 1912, these three apartment buildings on adjacent parcels are a few blocks from the Capitol Theater in East Arlington. Good luck to anyone going for low-income apartments. Not sure what that means, but when turned down because of bad credit (result of low income)..........sure would like to know what "THEIR" definition is........a joke in this town. Brigham Square is another joke....check that one out.   more ›
