Heather Lynn Reisz, Arlington Native, Dies at 42

In Memory of Heather Lynn Reisz.

We are grateful for the life of Heather Lynn Reisz, who passed away suddenly in Chicago on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the age of 42 of natural causes. Heather was born in Bellefonte, PA, and grew up in Arlington, MA. Heather moved from Boston to Chicago in November 2011 to start a new research group within the development department at the Art Institute of Chicago, she was currently the Director of Research at the Art Institute. Prior to moving to Chicago Heather was the Director of Research and Prospect Development at the Museum of Fine Arts (Boston) and Manager of Research at the Museum of Science (Boston). Walter V. Moynihan, Longtime Arlington Reporter, Dies at 88

Moynihan wrote for the Arlington Advocate for 47 years.

Walter V. Moynihan, an award winning area journalist and sports writer, died peacefully Sunday, April 28, 2013, in Acton. He was 88. He was born March 1, 1925, in Concord, the son of the late John H. and Alice (Boothroyd) Moynihan. Mr. Moynihan was a Maynard High School graduate and served honorably in the U.S. Army Air Corps in Europe and Africa during WWII. A graduate of Boston University School of Communications, he was a journalist and sports writer for the Arlington Advocate for 47 years, and received many accolades for his work including recognition by the National Press Association. Krystle M. Campbell, a victim of the Boston Marathon bombings died on Monday. She was 29. A graduate of Medford High with the Class of 2001 she also attended the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Krystle worked most recently as the manager at Jimmy’s Steak House in Arlington but for several years was a manager with Jasper White’s Summer Shack Restaurants. Krystle was remembered as a great leader and co-worker who was able to bring out the best in people. Devoted to her family and friends, Krystal was always smiling, full of fun and energy. Lawrence "Larry" B. Robillard Jr., an Arlington native, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, in Largo, Fla., following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 70. He was the husband of Elaine Crawford. Larry was born in Arlington. He was the son of the late Lawrence B. and Geraldine (Stratton) Robillard. Larry graduated from St. Clements High School and attended Northeastern University. Foley died Wednesday, March 27.

Robert Foley, of Arlington, died at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. He was 62. Born in Cambridge on Aug. 3, 1950 to the late Walter P. and Mary L. (McDonald) Foley, he was raised in Somerville where he graduated from St. Clements School. He then went on to receive his Bachelor's degree at Northeastern University and his Master's degree at Suffolk University. A resident of Arlington for more than 35 years he worked as a business administrator at Boston Medical Center in the pathology department.
