Tuesday Essentials: Friends of the Arlington Council on Aging 5K
A look at the week ahead.
1.) The Friends of the Arlington Council on Aging 5K is at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 8, at Arlington Town Hall. More information >>
2.) They’re back. Arlington public school students in grades 1-12 returned to school Tuesday, Sept. 3. Kindergartners return Monday, Sept. 9. There is no school on Thursday, Sept. 5, because of Rosh Hashanah.
3.) Trash and recycling will be on a one-day delay the rest of the week, with Friday’s pickup happening Saturday, because of the Labor Day holiday. For missed pickups, call JRM directly at 1-800-323-4285.
