5 Ways to Beat the Heat in Arlington

With temperatures expected to top 100 degrees today, why not go to the beach, a spray pool, a movie, ice-cream parlor or just an air-conditioned building, all here in Arlington.

With temperatures expected to hit 101 degrees in Arlington today, the National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for all of eastern Massachusetts.

Here are five ways to beat the heat:

2.) The spray pool at on North Union Street is also open, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Just as an FYI, the park has no bathrooms.
