There will be an everything-must-go auction sale at the old pizza house, at 1215 Mass. Ave. in Arlington, at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 10.
Nicola Pizza closed after 42 years last summer, when owners Nicola “Nicky” and Mary Dellacioppa, of Winchester, decided to retire. Tushar Patel, a Lexington man who owns Peter Pan Superette at 2 Park Ave., bought the property.

On Tuesday, Peabody-based A1 Restaurant Trader will run the auction of restaurant equipment and appliances, furnishings, tableware and more.
Inspections of the auction items will start at 9 a.m. that morning.
