The class begins with a quieting of the mind through meditation and breathing. As you open and strengthen your body in a creative pose sequence you explore connecting mind to body through the rhythm of breath. Your practice wraps up with a final relaxation. Please bring a yoga mat (Blocks, belt, and blanket are optional but recommended). All are welcomed.
