See inside Arlington's newest housing development and how much it costs to live there.
The new Arlington 360 development at the old Symmes Hospital site off Summer Street is now partially up and running.
One of the development’s two apartment buildings, Building 4, already has tenants, while the other, Building 3, and the surrounding townhouses are expected to be ready by early December, according to Justin MacFarlane, one of the property’s leasing consultants.
Overall, the development has 164 rental units and 12 townhouses for sale.

It will have amenities, including media and yoga rooms (in Building 3), an outdoor recreation area, playground, pool and two small public parks.
The senior assisted living development, Brightview, down the hill toward Summer Street, is a separate entity and won’t be ready for quite a while longer.
