Woman Allegedly Slaps Man in Face on Warren Street

A 25-year-old homeless woman was arrested Sunday afternoon after she allegedly slapped a man in the face on Warren Street during a domestic dispute.
Samantha M. Merrill was arrested shortly after noon Sunday and charged with assault and battery.
After the slap, the man told a witness to call police, according to the police report. Merrill allegedly admitted slapping the man to police.
