Willow Court Woman Charged with Assault with Dangerous Weapon

A 31-year-old Willow Court woman was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon Wednesday morning after she allegedly threatened a man at her residence with a wine bottle.
Janice V. O’Brien was arrested shortly after 6:20 a.m.
