Two Teens Arrested in East Arlington After Allegedly Breaking Into Vehicles

Two teens were arrested early Monday morning on Rawson Road after allegedly breaking into a number of motor vehicles in the area, as well as in Cambridge.

A third teen, who fled from police, will receive a criminal complaint for receiving stolen property over $250, according to police.

The two teens, including a 17-year-old girl from Medford (the other teen’s age and location was not given by police), were charged with receiving stolen property over $250.

The Medford girl was also charged with possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute, as police found marijuana, baggies and a scale on her. The other teen was charged with possession of a burglarious instrument in addition for having a flashlight.

Police responded to Rawson Road at about 2:20 a.m. Monday for a report from a resident of three individuals possibly breaking into vehicles.

The teens were found with a number of GPS units, a camera, cell phone and iPod as well.

9:41 a.m., Heath Road, Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle

7:21 a.m., Trowbridge Street, Breaking and entering into a motor vehicle

2:21 a.m., Rawson Road, Arrest, possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribute (see above)
