The men were charged with trespassing because the park closes at 9 p.m., according to police. Police were on patrol because “Hill’s Hill is a regular spot for underage parties to drink and narcotics,” according to the report.

The men had drug paraphernalia on them, according to police, including a number of syringes, one of which contained a clear liquid, lighters, baggies and a glass pipe often used for smoking methamphetamine and crystal meth. Police also found a prescription pill on Burke and a rock of crack cocaine at the scene, according to the report.
