A 36-year-old Thorndike Street woman was arrested early Saturday morning and charged with disturbing the peace after allegedly blasting loud music and then yelling at her neighbors after police warned her to quiet down.
Nicole S. Blanco was arrested at about 12:20 a.m.
Police responded to her residence for a report of a noise complaint and asked her to turn down her music and go to bed, according to the police report. Police said they would arrest her if they had to return.
Soon after, police returned to Blanco’s residence after her neighbors reported that she was yelling at them for calling the police and threatening to spit on them.
Police have responded to “numerous calls” for disputes between the neighbors.
