Social Media Argument Escalates, Leads to Assault and Battery Charge
Kathleen M. Darcy, 43, of Massachusetts Avenue, was arrested on Sunday, April 22, for assault and battery after a man reported that she had kicked him in the shin and “pushed/punched” his chest that afternoon in a Massachusetts Avenue residence after an argument over Facebook or Twitter escalated. Darcy told police that the man has two diamonds that belong to her and that he grabbed her wrists and held her down during the altercation. She also said that the man has threatened her in the past. Police are also seeking a criminal complaint against the man.

Arlington Man Arrested for Assault and Battery
Christopher Mindle, 36, of Massachusetts Avenue, was arrested Friday, April 20, for assault and battery after he allegedly assaulted a woman in a Massachusetts Avenue residence early that morning. Police are also seeking a criminal complaint against the woman.
