Police were able to locate the customer at his residence through his license plate, which the owner had also taken down.

The customer told police that he was “appalled” that the owner had involved police in such a matter. He said he didn’t have the money and “stuff happened” but said he would pay the owner back this past weekend.

The male, who appeared to be drunk, told police that he had consumed “several beers” that night. He said that there had been a party at a house across the street, and, as people were leaving, an argument spilled out into the street.

A female who answered the door at the house told police that her parents were out of town and that she had a few friends over for a party. She said she had been drinking, and she said four of her friends were still in her house and were planning to spend the night. Police had her friends and the male contact their parents, as they were all under 21, to get picked up.

OMG, another under aged drinking/house party across the street from the Stratton School playground. Hey Blog Sprague, can you find out the names of the miscreants? You have a history of outing young adults over the age of 18 for drinking. I wonder if this is the same house owned by people with a history of violating the state's hosting laws and not being held accountable. "A female who answered the door at the house told police that her parents were out of town and that she had a few friends over for a party. She said she had been drinking, and she said four of her friends were still in her house and were planning to spend the night. Police had her friends and the male contact their parents, as they were all under 21, to get picked up."

Should Little Joe’s Convenience be allowed to sell almost $1K worth of lottery tickets on credit, and if so is it the APD's responsibility to collect on their customers delinquent debts?

Thanks Bob. It was on Mountain Ave, not Acton Street, my mistake.
