Male Steals from Teacher's Purse During Recess
A male who attended and used to work there entered the school at about 11:10 a.m. Thursday. After a brief conversation with a secretary, who told police that the male appeared to be “sober and in a good mood,” the male continued down one of the school’s corridors.

A short time later, a teacher, returning from recess with her class, found the male in her room with the lights off. She asked him what he was doing there, and he said he was “checking the Internet connection on her computer.” When she attempted to ask him another question, he left the room. She soon noticed that $6 had been taken from her purse, which was in the classroom during recess.
Police advised the principal to file a “no trespassing order” against the suspect.
