Michael Innis, 42, of Boston, was arrested Monday, August 9, and charged with indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 and failure to provide change of address and sex offender registration.
Police say Innis was at a dinner party at his cousin's house in Arlington. Innis is currently living in Arlington for six to eight weeks, although he had not registered with the town.
According to the report, Innis drank several drinks while with his cousin and started inappropriately touching a female in the house. He also made lewd comments about her body and "told her repeatedly how beautiful she was," said Captain Robert Bongiorno of the Arlington Police Department.
The cousin called the police after Innis grabbed her inappropriately five or six times and refused to stop. When police arrived, Innis ran away. Police apprehended him on Chandler Street
