Park Terrace Man Charged with Driving Offenses

Matthew F. Cody, 24, of Park Terrace, was arrested shortly after noon Monday, Aug. 5, and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license, making an improper turn and a one-way violation.
Police stopped Cody near the Summer Street Dunkin’ Donuts as an officer saw him driving and knew he did not have a license from past encounters.
