Norfolk Road Man Charged with Assault and Battery

A Norfolk Road man allegedly attacked another man Sunday evening because he was sitting in “his chair” at dinner.
Thomas Linskey, 51, was arrested on Norfolk Road and charged with assault and battery, according to police.
