Mill Street Man Charged with Assault and Battery

A 23-year-old Mill Street man was arrested shortly after 11:30 a.m. Thursday, July 25, and charged with assault and battery.
Randy D. Nazaire was arrested after he allegedly punched a man in the face during an altercation in a Mill Street apartment.
