Medford Man Charged with Assault and Battery on Person Over 60

A 40-year-old Medford man was arrested Saturday night and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60.
Gregory J. Fougere, of Woburn Street, Medford, allegedly head-butted a man in a Mystic Street residence who was trying to take a wine bottle out of his hands. The man was trying to help Fougere with his drinking problem, police said.
