Mass. Ave. Man Turns Himself In

A Mass. Ave. man with a warrant out for his arrest turned himself in Tuesday morning at the police station.
Nicholas J. Darcy, 22, had a warrant out of Arlington for felony breaking and entering at night and larceny from a building.
