The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Edwin Argueta, the 59-year-old man who allegedly exposed himself in Arlington Center in November and then urinated on the Veterans Memorial near the Central Fire House, was arrested Thursday night on a warrant.

Argueta, of Florence Avenue, also pulled apart American flags at the memorial in November, according to police.

Argueta was arrested at his residence by Arlington officers and Immigration Customs Enforcement agents. His warrant had the following charges from the November incident: open and gross lewdness and malicious destruction of property under $250.
