Man Crashes Motorcycle on Mass. Ave.

A man picked up his motorcycle at a Mass. Ave. dealership/auto shop at about 1 p.m. Saturday and then crashed exiting the lot, according to police.

A witness told police that he believed the man gave the bike too much gas. He said the bike went sideways for about 15 feet and then flipped to the side, throwing the man off.

The man was lying in the street when emergency personnel arrived. He complained of severe left shoulder pain at the scene and was transported to Lahey Clinic in Burlington, police said.

The woman said she left her purse inside the church when she went outside to the playground with her daughter. The wallet had about $40-60 in it, along with her driver’s license, debit card and checkbook, she said.
