Man Arrested on Park Street on Warrants
The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Andrew M. Amaral, a 25-year-old homeless man, was arrested at about 12:41 p.m. Friday on Park Street on warrants for the following charges: possession to distribute a Class B drug (two counts), possession to distribute a Class D drug and a drug violation near a school/park.
Police spotted Amaral shoveling and recognized him as having warrants out for his arrest.
