Framingham Man Charged with Violating Restraining Order
The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Edward J. Spear, 36, of Gleason Street, Framingham, was arrested at about 10:05 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5, and charged with violating an abuse prevention order, according to police.
Spear was arrested in Framingham and transported to Arlington. He allegedly called an Arlington woman he wasn't allowed to that evening.
