Egerton Road Man Allegedly Assaults Pregnant Woman

A 30-year-old Egerton Road man allegedly assaulted a pregnant woman Friday afternoon during an argument.
Nathan S. Swain was arrested at about 5 p.m. and charged with aggravated assault and battery on a pregnant woman.
Swain knew the victim, police said. He allegedly shoved her and struck her with an open palm on her shoulder.
