Drunk Arlington Man Allegedly Steals Chair to Sit by the Res

A Colonial Village Drive man who was “heavily intoxicated” stole a chair from a woman’s yard near the Arlington Reservoir Thursday afternoon to sit by the water, according to police.
The woman followed the man, 47-year-old Luis M. Oritz, and called police.
Ortiz was arrested at about 2:30 p.m. and charged with larceny under $250. He also had a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for breaking and entering into a boat.
