Diapers, Women's Underwear Reported Stolen
A Colonial Village Drive resident told police Friday afternoon that she has had three UPS boxes, addressed to her, taken by someone else from the entryway to her building. The boxes contained $27 worth of baby diapers, $8 worth of swimming baby diapers and $8 worth of women’s underwear, respectively, according to the police report. She told police that there have been several similar incidents involving other residents in her building.

Newspapers Strewn About in Front of Johnnie’s
Police responded to at about 12:05 a.m. Sunday for a report of a group of kids causing damage to some newspaper stands on Massachusetts Avenue. The reporting party said three males were involved.

Police then stopped three young males in the nearby parking lot and asked them about the incident. The youths denied any involvement.
Police said the newspaper stands were not damaged, but newspapers had been strewn about the sidewalk. Since there was no damage to the stands, police just had the youths call their parents for a ride home.
Lost Debit Card Reportedly Used at Dunkin’ Donuts, Subway
An Apache Trail resident told police at about 11:32 a.m. Saturday that she had recently lost her debit card and that her bank told her that someone had been using her card in Boston. Her card was charged $3.85 at Dunkin’ Donuts and $70 at Subway, she said.
