Cypress Road Woman Charged with Assault and Battery on Person Over 60

Rebecca A. Casper, 31, of Cypress Road, was arrested Friday evening, Jan. 10, at her residence and charged with assault and battery on a person over 60.
Casper allegedly assaulted a woman at the residence during an altercation that evening.
