All charges against 39-year-old Robert S. Burge, of Lowell Street, stemming from an alleged Nov. 25 incident, have been dropped, according to his attorney.
A Cambridge District Court judge dismissed the charges on Jan. 29, he said.
Burge had been charged with attempted murder, assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250 after a woman reported a domestic incident three days after she said it occurred.
