Billerica Woman Allegedly Threatens Woman Against Testifying

The woman was arrested Friday, June 27.

A 22-year-old Billerica woman allegedly went to an Arlington woman’s apartment on Friday, June 27, and warned her not to testify against a man in an upcoming court case.

Olivia H. St. John, of Riverbank Terrace, Billerica, was arrested and charged with intimidation of a witness, assault with a dangerous weapon and defacing property, according to Arlington Police.

During the altercation, St. John allegedly ripped a child/animal gate from a wall and threw it down the stairs at the victim. The gate damaged the walls, police said, but the victim was not struck.
