Saturday, June 2
Angela C. Williams, of Herbert Road, Arlington, was arrested at about 1:56 a.m. Saturday on Herbert Road for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Williams allegedly threw a Bud Light Platinum bottle at a man’s wrist and then slapped him in the face with her pocketbook and began punching him in the face. She later punched him in the chest, according to police.
Friday, June 1
A juvenile was arrested at about 7:35 p.m. Friday on a probation violation.
Kevin J. O’Brien, 54, of Old Colony Lane, Arlington, was arrested at about 6:50 p.m. Friday on Old Colony Lane for assault and battery. O’Brien allegedly assaulted a woman, possibly breaking her finger.
Thursday, May 31
William J. Barron Jr., 36, of Egerton Road, Arlington, was arrested at about 7:20 p.m. Thursday on Massachusetts Avenue on two drug charges, distributing a Class B substance and a drug violation near a school. Barron allegedly sold an undercover officer four Oxycodone pills for $140 at about 7:05 p.m. that evening on Massachusetts Avenue, near its intersection with Trowbridge Street. Officers from the Arlington Police Department and Suburban Middlesex County Drug Task Force had set up the “buy-bust” with Barron about an hour earlier. Barron was arrested a few blocks from the scene of the transaction.
