Arrests in Arlington: Oct. 17-23

There were five arrests in Arlington from Wednesday, Oct. 17, to Tuesday, Oct. 23.

The following information comes from the Arlington Police Department. When arrests are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Kevin M. Nicoloro, 31, of Fairmont Street, Arlington, was arrested at about 12:40 a.m. Sunday on Fairmont Street and charged with assault and battery. Nicoloro allegedly had an altercation with a woman that early morning/night.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Tacuma Fenton, 35, of Bow Street, Somerville, was arrested at about 5:26 p.m. Saturday on Washington Street and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, threats, witness intimidation and resisting arrest. Fenton allegedly attacked two officers who were responding to an incident that afternoon. Officers used pepper spray to subdue Fenton, as he continued to punch and kick officers while he was being arrested, according to police.

Friday, Oct. 19

Shawn S. Scarlett, 25, of Rawson Road, Arlington, was arrested at about 9:04 p.m. Friday on Rawson Road on an active court warrant. Scarlett’s warrant was out of Medford for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (two counts) and failure to stop.

Thursday, Oct. 18

and charged with operating under the influence, first offense, and leaving the scene of property damage.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

John Kenney, 18, of Bacon Street, Waltham, was arrested at about 10:39 p.m. Wednesday on Margaret Street and charged with assault and battery. Kenney allegedly had an altercation with a woman that night in the Thorndike Field parking lot.
