Why are you posting the name of a 17 yr old juvenile?
John October 19, 2012 at 02:19 AM
um, because you're only a juvenile if you are 16 or under. 17 is an adult.

Shouldn't the names of ALL minors be withheld? It seems inappropriate, if not illegal, to publish the name of any person under 18.
